Information we use
Account and contact information. The application uses information such as your name and email address, account and authentication records, and contact identity associated with your account. Account records include the information needed to authenticate access and maintain account status. Session and security fields represented by the application may include session expiry, IP address, user-agent, and related account-provider metadata.
Assessment and workspace information. If you use these features, the application may process your business identity, business name, EIN status, assessment responses, funding objectives, readiness results, roadmap and action-plan work, business-profile information, and workspace materials. This can include funding-document preparation data, submitted documents, document filenames and file metadata, and credit-report uploads.
Credit-report records may include the uploaded file and related metadata such as filename, content type, size, submission status, and analysis information where that feature applies. The application does not ask you to enter card numbers directly; hosted payment flows handle the payment step.
Enrollment and payment information. When you use a hosted enrollment flow, the application may record enrollment or payment status, selected tier, amount, and hosted-checkout transaction identifiers used to confirm access. The application does not store card numbers in its enrollment records.
How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and maintain access and session state;
- Deliver the assessment, score, roadmap, workspace, and member services;
- Process enrollment and connect confirmed payment status to service access;
- Provide strategy-review and member support;
- Maintain application operations and the records needed for those services; and
- Protect accounts and the service from misuse and unauthorized access.
